aqualant and topical medications

Postby lindy on Wed Feb 24, 2010 9:48 pm

I read some reviews on the aqualant and decided to give it a try, but I had a questions about a prescription that I am currently using. I use a DHEA cream twice a day, in the morning and between 12 and 1. Can I put the afternoon dose over the aqualant or should I wash the area before applying the medication? Thanks.

(by the way, I am still using GC L6 and loving it)

Lindy,
I would avoid applying the Aqualant to the area where you apply DHEA cream altogether. Aqualant is just too effective as a barrier protectant, that I am just afraid you are not going to get your full dose of your medicine. :)

I was just wondering if I can use aqualant on my face? I normally use an oil free moisturizer to prevent break outs.

You can use it on your face, just make sure you apply it to wet skin. :D
