New to Green Cream

Hi there, just looking for some advice re: starting a Green Cream regimen.

I have pretty sensitive skin. Pale, oily, with enlarged pores & chronically congested pores. I've been using an AHA for a couple months with good results, but obviously it doesn't clear out my pores, just exfoliates really well. I also use an exfoliating face wash (silica beads) & my skin has been looking good, other than the oiliness & clogged pores.

So I bought some GC Level 3. The very first time I applied it, it went on with zero irritation. I didn't use anything on my face the next night. The night after, I used AHA, and the night after that as well. I want to really ease into the retinoid process. So 4 days after the first application, I used it again, and then took a break the next night, then used AHA subsequent nights.. I'm starting to peel/flake a bit & there's a little bit of irritation, so my question is, should I stop using the AHA altogether? Use GC even less? What's the best way to minimize irritation & flaking?

Thanks for your time.

Bonkers
you are doing all the right things. My only advice is to take a day or two off when you are feeling irritated. Ittake time to adapt, but it will be worth it in the long run. You want to slow down for irritation and speed up for all other side effects. Don't worry level 3 is easy to adapt to for most people.
